Resident Meal Plans Fall 2017

Dining Services on the campus of Merrimack College provides an exciting and innovative dining program for the entire Merrimack community. You'll find great food, honest values, and comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy it all! You have a variety of restaurants to choose from all conveniently located within the walking distance of on-campus hosing facilities, and may off-campus apartments. 

Option 19

This meal plan offers the best value for students accustomed to eating three meals a day and for students that wish to take advantage of enjoying many meals with their friends at Sparky's Place or for students on the go at Sparky's Express. This plan includes three meals daily, Monday through Friday, and brunch and dinner on the weekends. This plan offers $50 in Bonus Points per semester ($40 to be used at the Warrior's Den or Zime in the library, and $10 to be used at Dunkin' Donuts).

Option "13 Plus"

This meal plan provides 13 entries to Sparky's Place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Monday through Friday; or brunch or dinner on the weekends. Students who are on the go may also use their meal swipe at Sparky's Express for lunch or dinner during the week. This plan offers $150 in Bonus Points per semester ($120 to be used at the Warrior's Den or Zime in the library, and $30 to be used at Dunkin' Donuts) and a block of eight (8) guest meals which can be used in Sparky's Place or at Sparky's Express. 

Option "9 Plus"

This meal plan provides 9 entries to Sparky's Place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Monday through Friday; or brunch or dinner on the weekends. Students who are on the go may also use their meal swipe at Sparky's Express for lunch or dinner during the week. This plan offers $200 in Bonus Points per semester ($160 to be used at the Warrior's Den or Zime in the library, and $40 to be used at Dunkin' Donuts), and a block of six (6) guest meals. A good plan if you are not around campus on weekends or your schedule conflicts with normal dining hours. 

Option "5 Plus"

This meal plan provides 5 entries to Sparky's Place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Monday through Friday; or brunch or dinner on the weekends. Students who are on the go may also use their meal swipe at Sparky's Express for lunch or dinner during the week. This plan allows you to eat any five of the weekly meals offered in Sparky’s Place, and $150 in Bonus Points per semester ($120 to be used at the Warrior's Den or Zime in the library, and $30 to be used at Dunkin' Donuts)

What is the difference between Mack Bucks and Bonus Points?

"Mack Bucks" is money which you can add to your Student ID anytime. "Bonus Points" is money that is added to your Student ID when you sign up for a meal plan.

Where can I use Mack Bucks and Bonus Points?

Mack Bucks and Bonus Points can be used in Sparky's Place, The Warrior's Den, or Zime. Bonus Points may not be used for the purchase of alcohol. 20% of your Bonus Points may be used at Dunkin Donuts. Mack bucks may be used to purchase food in Sparky's Place, The Warrior's Den, the Library Cafe, Dunkin Donuts, Momentum Bookstore and Concessions.

How can I purchase additional Mack Bucks and Bonus Points?

Additional Mack Bucks may be purchased through the Mack Card Office or online through the Blackboard System: http://www.merrimack.edu/about/offices_services/mack_card/adding-money-to-your-card.php

Bonus points can not be purchased as they come with your meal plan.

 

MEAL PLAN CHANGES:

Below is what students need to do to change their meal plans.

 

Steps for changing meal plans.
1. Log in to myMack.
2. Click the "Student Info" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click the "Residence Life" link on the left navigation pane.
4. Scroll to the bottom, and click "Go to Full View" under the Meal Plan Selection section. This will take you to the screen to select your plan.
*There is a radial button that you will have to accept the terms prior to it moving you to the screen where you can make changes to the meal plan.

You can also walk into the office, which is located on the third floor of the Sakowich Campus Center. The Office of Residence Life is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note: during the months of June and July, and during the first two weeks of August, the College and the Office of Residence Life are closed on Fridays

  • Please bus your dishes and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
